"Sufficient Food for All" Walk-A-Thon
The 10th Annual "Sufficient Food for All"
Walk-A-Thon will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2020!
Our biggest fundraiser of the year! Participants spend the morning walking, running, or biking on peaceful backcountry roads, while some lucky kids got pulled along in a wagon. See photos of past years on our Facebook page, courtesy of the Randolph Herald. The day is fun for all!
About the Annual Walk-a-Thon: Each year, the Randolph Area Food Shelf hosts a walk-a-thon to raise funds that help sustain the food shelf throughout the year. The family-friendly event has several choices of routes ranging from 1.0 to 10.8 mile routes. Participants travel along peaceful backcountry roads, with water available along the way and signs to guide them. Dogs are welcome on leashes. Light refreshments, music, and prizes are all part of the event.
There is no registration fee to participate in the event. We encourage you to donate what you can, or collect donations from friends and family.
Top fundraisers win a prize!
Registration for the 2020 Walk-a-Thon is open!
Registration forms will also be available at the Food Shelf, located at 12 Prince Street, and at the Frankenburg Agency, located at 35 North Main Street in Randolph.
We're grateful for the support of our community, and we appreciate everyone who joins us to walk, helps to make the event possible, and to the businesses who support us.
